  • Monitor communications between      Users
  • Take responsibility for the      conduct of Users or their children

4.2 Parents assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for:

  • Verifying the identity and      suitability of other Users
  • Making informed decisions about      playdate arrangements
  • Supervising their children at all      times during playdates
  • Conducting their own safety      checks and assessments
  • All actions and behaviors of      their children

4.3 We strongly recommend that:

  • Parents meet in public places for      initial playdates
  • Parents remain present during all      playdates
  • Parents exchange contact      information directly
  • Parents trust their instincts and      exercise caution

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

5.1 The App offers subscription plans that provide access to certain features.

5.2 All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Refunds are limited to the circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5.5 Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the subscription.

6. USER CONDUCT

6.1 Users agree NOT to:

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKIBBOO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7.2 SKIBBOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7.3 SKIBBOO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • The conduct of any User or child
  • Any injury, harm, or damage      resulting from playdates
  • Inaccurate information provided      by Users
  • Unauthorized access to User      accounts
  • Technical failures or      interruptions

7.4 THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF [PLAYDATE APP NAME] FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SKIBBOO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
